GASTRONOMY
Food is one of our great pleasures. We would like to share this pleasure with our guests.
Eat and be happy, this means enjoying yourself. We have always prized the care and attention that we put into preparing our dishes.
There are numerous local Gastronomic festivals for your taste-buds’ delight. There is even one where you can taste herbs and natural foods, in Saludecio.
Our eating customs arise from the mingling of two different traditions: the sea - thanks to the fishermen who for centuries have brought to shore tasty fish from the Adriatic Sea - and the country, which is completely different and is based on the produce of a rich and fertile soil.
Ours is also a border cuisine, stemming from the meeting and mixing of the Romagna traditions with the local traditions of the neighbouring regions, i.e. the Marche Region and Montefeltro. Simple and tasty dishes, accompanied by local wines with registered designations of origin. Red Sangiovese, white Trebbiano, and also Albana, Cagnina, Cerbio...

Local specialities
Homemade pasta
, like tagliatelle, cappelletti, tortelli, ravioli, strozzapreti, passatelli (a typical country soup).
Grilled meat and fish, the famous "rustida" and “brodetto”, the special fish soup typical of the Adriatic coast.
Salami and cured hams, vegetables, eaten with “piada”, a kind of thin round flat bread, served hot.

Restaurants
The love of eating well has always been a feature of the Rimini Riviera and its restaurants.
Since hospitality is also a tradition, the restaurants around here have the know-how to prepare even for great numbers, without losing the freshness and originality of the cuisine: from the smart fish restaurants on the coast to the most typical “trattoria” inland.
Here restaurants offer every kind of cuisine: from traditional to international to ethnic.

Gala Dinners
Rimini Riviera offers a great range of solutions and possible choices: from the most sophisticated restaurants where exclusive dinners may be organized for restricted groups of guests, to wonderful establishments able to welcome with style up to 800 people.
Furthermore, the whole territory is scattered with villas, palaces and castles of every size and historical era, where catering services can organize quality dinners full of atmosphere, even for large numbers.
Also, in order to relive the historical atmosphere of the “Signoria dei Malatesta”, the dukes of Rimini, it is possible to participate in a splendid medieval dinner.

SPA AND WELL- BEING
